How do I know that a jumping castle is available for my party?
By completing the online booking form, we will receive an email with your booking. We will verify the date you requested and reply via email or telephone, confirming the date requested.
How does payment for the jumping castle work?
When we’ve confirmed availability, we will email you an invoice with our banking details, hire agreement and terms and Conditions.
How do I know if my booking was successful?
You will receive an e-mail from us confirming availability. Once we receive proof of payment, only then will you receive a booking confirmation.
Why do you need a copy of my ID/ Drivers License?
Due to previous losses/ stolen Jumping Castles we need to enforce this rule across the board, as to ensure no future losses
Can I collect and return the Jumping Castle?
Yes, we will provide you with the address once you opt for this option.
Can you deliver and collect, but not do the setup?
Yes, please do prior arranging with us.
What are your delivery times?
Deliveries are normally carried out between 8h00 – 09h00. Please do discuss your requirements with us to ensure customer satisfaction.
What are your collection times?
Collections are between 16h00 – 18h00.
